The molcajete was delicious. The corn tortillas are super thick and authentic. It's a nice establishment.

A rated restaurant. it's one of the smallest restaurants. Friendly employees. Be careful where you park. There's some business they're closed and others went out of business but there is reserved parking space for them🚫🚗. Is freshly painted and there's a lot of tow away signs in the parking lot. The food was okay. I order burrito carne asada with cheese in it. Burrito wasn't hot enough and didn't even melt the cheese in side of it. My niece ordered a cheese quesadilla and it wasn't melted enough. I asked the others about their food and it wasn't 🔥hot🔥. Even the little cheese on top of the beans did not melt. Halfway through our meal we finished our drinks but no one ⌛ check on us for refills. The presentation of the food was perfect but they held it too long so it came out cold.❄🌯🧀❄

Came here during happy hour, unfortunately the music is way to loud. And that's an understatement to say the least. Waitress lacked the friendliness and kindness. I expected someone nice and talkative, not preoccupied and bland...... Came here again to eat, and it was quite good, very good portions and very friendly staff. Certainly come again.

Amazing places for family night!! I took my family and we got to enjoy some really good food and the Mariachi band was there! We had a good time eating and jamming out with the music. The staff was super friendly! So I took this amazing photo to share with you guys.

The morning older lady waitresses are so rude, flat soda, and they forgot to bring my order,30 minutes later one of the waitresses and asked me for my order again. Ive gone a over a dozens times to the Glorias in Huntington Park and never had any one of these problems. Never again will i come in the morning and let these waitresses wait on me

I came here with coworkers to celebrate a birthday. The hostess greeted us right away which was good, but I was disappointed with the service. Our server looked annoyed and kept us waiting for 15 minutes before taking our order. I ordered from the lunch menu and got the steak fajitas. The steak fajitas are sizzling and come with rice, beans, and tortillas. Once again, I was disappointed in the food because it tasted average. The rice and beans had no flavor. The steak fajitas were good and cooked well. The place is nice to celebrate a birthday because they bring out a sombrero and sing “Happy Birthday” to you. Other than that, it’s your average Mexican restaurant with no wow factor.

Food was amazing. Mariachi was very polite and plays amazing. One issue was one of the waiters was very rude and unprofessional. He was being disrespectful to my family and tried to charge us for something we didn't order. He made a mistake and still didn't apologize or correct it. I had to involve the manager to resolve the issue. This is why I gave one star because this was a huge problem for me. Disrespecting my family is a big no.

This place is a cool place to come eat with your family or drink with your friends. The food is a bit pricy but once in a while is not bad. I usually get their molcajete. I believe there are two. I usually get the one with chicken, chorizo and skirt steak, cheese, nopal, beans and rice with hand made tortillas. @raulvsfood

Enjoyed having lunch here. My first visit. The portions are large, flavor is mild, service was excellent. A big thank you to our waitress, Elvia! Looking forward to dine here again.

This restaurant is definitely one of the tastiest place in the area. Always when I come there I am exceedingly satisfied. They manage their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Food is good. They give very generous portions but a bit pricey. 2 people can get close to $100 pretty fast

My family and I had dinner here on a Friday night for my cousin's birthday. As usual, the wait was about 1.5-2 hours, which is typical for a Friday or Saturday. They have a very lively bar that you can wait at and they have some seating outside. Please note that it gets quite full here so most people end up parking in the local streets behind the restaurant, you'd be very lucky to find parking on Friday and Saturday nights. Once seated, we all ordered and the food is really good. They have large portions and most of the menu is under $20 per plate. Not to mention they have free Mariachi playing Fridays and Saturdays. If you don't mind waiting for a table and love Mexican food and Mariachi, this is the place to go in Downey.

The food was good and the price is reasonable. However the place is very small, so a group larger than four will have a high wait time or be subjected to be sat on a booth with a chair on the isle, like my experience. Overall, very small place with limited parking but decent food and price.

1st time here and this place is really good! Service was good... good selection of food and beer.... I got a wet burrito with the molcajete sauce and it was bomb... definitely be back to try more!
